Overview

Borgen was founded in 2014 by a team of partners who knew each other through other firms. They make out the experienced backbone of the company. Their culture is characterized by a strong entrepreneurial and dynamic spirit, with a focus on quality, short lines of communication, and an informal work climate. They invest a lot in external and internal training.

Borgen is based in Amsterdam and is an independent tax advisory firm offering a full range of tax services (including VAT, payroll, and transfer pricing). Their focus areas are tax disputes and transactions, both national and international.

Borgen has focused on Dutch multinationals, on high net worth individuals, private equity, and real estate investors and prefers to keep short communication lines with clients and build a relationship that is both strong and enduring.
